Chef Yoon Nam-no is a culinary force to be reckoned with. First captivating audiences on the hit Netflix cooking reality show, Culinary Class Wars, his charmingly chaotic personality and remarkable skills stole the spotlight. Specialising in Japanese-style French cuisine at restaurant Deepin, Chef Yoon combines his love for Japanese techniques with bold French flavours. A self-proclaimed “maniac,” he adds an element of entertainment to every dish, captivating diners with his cheeky antics while delivering culinary masterpieces. He has impressed viewers not only on Culinary Class Wars, where he ranked fourth, but also on MasterChef Korea, Chef & My Fridge Season 2, and other popular entertainment shows. Now, he’s bringing his culinary circus to Honjo, and this is an event you won’t want to miss.
From 17 October to 23 November, guests can savour a specially curated menu co-created by Chef Kyle Lee and Chef Yoon Nam-no, available both à la carte and as a set menu at an incredible value of HKD580 per person. The festivities will kick off with an exclusive launch dinner on 17 October, followed by whimsical experiences on 18 and 19 October. Guests can indulge in a specially crafted set menu during brunch and dinner while meeting Chef Yoon in person as he showcases his vibrant cooking style, bringing a theatrical flair that will leave everyone spellbound — no long queues necessary!
